Cooler

A cooler is responsible for dissipating the waste heat generated by a component, primarily the Central Processing Unit (CPU) and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). This is crucial because excessive heat can cause a component to thermal throttle, reducing its performance to prevent damage, or in extreme cases, lead to permanent hardware failure.
